ANGLO Residential Management is a PRS management company focused on affordable quality housing in the north of England.
We believe diligent property management is key to a successful and efficient portfolio and our tenants benefit from a rapid maintenance response time of 1.5 hours, ensuring renter satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and low gap statistics.
We assist in all aspects of the property ownership transaction, from seller to buyer. This includes due diligence, valuation, surveying and various other services.
After assisting in the acquisition of the property we use best practices to maximise tenants' satisfaction and ensure regulatory compliance.
After evaluating the needs of the property to ensure it both meets regulatory compliance and ANGLO Residential Management's high standards, we set out to make the initial refurbishment. This can be anything from installing CCTV cameras so the tenants feel safe, or updating the common areas, or individual unit appliances.
Tenant satisfaction and retention is deeply rooted in our ethos. Once we have brought properties up to our specifications, we make sure tenants remain satisfied and that their requirements are satisfied. We have set processes and dedicated staff to handle all tenant relations.
We pride ourselves on speedy action where appropriate, driving industry-beating retention and gap rates.
Once the Tenant Evaluation is done we make calculated decisions based upon cost, rental rate impact, and return on investment.
We handle all management and maintenance requirements from the landlord, with a particular emphasis on live, transparent, reporting integrated with their accounting software, with all costings verified. Our goal is to achieve yield requirements via longer-term views on tenant satisfaction, ad gap and rental rates are crucial to sustainably high yields in residential PRS - a practice often overlooked by short-term focus on near-term metrics.
